What Do My Customers & Now New Friends Have To Say About Me?
|
To Whoever May Have The Good Fortune To Work With Norm
Lawson:
A random choice caused our meeting with Norm lawson and what a lucky choice
that was! Norm was warm and friendly from the word go.
Ours was not to be a "normal" real estate transaction and yet Norm hung in
there with us and went above and beyond on numerous occasions. Dealing
with clients who were 31/2 hours away meant constant phone calls, faxes and
footwork all done willingly by Norm. Norm Lawson is a man of
exceptional integrity & character. Norm is an agent who believes in
humor, thoroughness and seeking out answers and information.
We have now closed on our first home with Norm and are working on a second
and know he will see us through. A chance meeting, a connection, a real
estate transaction, a friend for life!
And so perspective clients - make Norm Lawson your real estate agent choice.
Sincerely,
Matt & Jeaneen |
Dear Norm,
I met you one day in our local hospital when you and a friend had stopped in
to visit someone from your church.
I sensed you were a man of great caring for others and tucked your business
card away, even though I had no thought of doing Real Estate business at the
time. When quite some time later we decided to sell our home, after
interviewing other realtors, I remembered the business card I had saved for
all this time and called your number. You not only returned our call, be we
soon found you were always available to us by your cell phone. You came
to see us with all the facts and figures necessary to make an intelligent
decision about the value of our property.
Behind your great humor, friendliness and easy manner is a man of strong
business sense who made us feel secure during all of the process of listing
and selling our home. You took care of every little detail, even during
a time of your own personal family tragedy. There was never any reason
great enough for you to neglect your commitment to us. You saw
that our home was exposed to all of the Realtors in the area, with beautiful
professionally great flyers with colored pictures. You held personal
tours of our home for other Realtors. The results was that our home was
sold within one week. We called you " The Action Man" who didn't
just stop once you got the listing. You held our hand through all of our
fears and emotions of leaving our home and moving out of state during these
Senior years.
Thank you, Norm, for all that you did and for who you are. We know that
you did more than we saw or will ever hear about for the successful
completion of the sale of our home. We suspect that behind the mask of the
playful devil that you seem to be, is an angel in hiding. Thank You!
Sincerely

Dear Norm & Phyllis:
Thank you so much for your gracious hospitality last Tuesday. The tour
of DarkHorse lots, then Lake of the Pines was lovely, as well as informative.
The "exclusive" tour of your wonderful home a highlight of our trip.
Your home is so beautiful and the feelings in it are so congenial. We
really enjoyed the time spent with you.
Our son in Tennessee wants us to at least consider the area where he is.
Another son in Arizona says "No, Arizona is the place to be." We do
have some investigating to do! Of course we do need to check out your
area again. Don does need to play DarkHorse. We will try to be in
contact with you.
Sincerely

Dear Norm:
First off, I want to thank you again for what turned out to be a very
pleasurable afternoon! My husband and I thought you were by far, the
most gracious realtor we have ever come across, and in addition, a very warm
and engaging gentlemen! Thank you also for the hospitality afforded to
us at the clubhouse.
Now to the issue of a lot. Our intention was to simply drive up, check
out the development, and possibly purchase an investment property. We
are building a "dream house" in Folsom that is already in the planning stages
and could be ready to break ground as early as September. However,
after touring DarkHorse yesterday and seeing how close the schools were ( I
had no previous conception of their location), ideas started to percolate.
So, even though we must go ahead with our plans to build and live in our
house in Folsom for a minimum of two years, maybe we can look at DarkHorse as a
future "dream house" location. We will be contacting you.
Sincerely

When my wife and I decided to sell our home I met Norm.
Norm adopted my family as his own, and treated my wife and three daughters
and I like we were his children. He protected us and was willing to risk
some of his own financial security for our well being. Norm takes his job
personally and goes out of his way to take care of his clients. We have not
only sold our house, we have a new family. This whole event has not only
been positive,
but fun as well.
Thank you Norm,
Steve West & Family.

Norm Lawson came into our lives in June of 2005 while we were looking for a
rental at Lake of the Pines to live in while our home was being built. We
were weeks away from needing a rental and Norm was determined to find us
one! In the mean time, we were exploring the idea of buying an existing
house and selling our property. We put Norm to the task of then not only
finding us a rental, but finding us a home with the specific qualities we
were wanting. "Uncle Norm" as he quickly became known to the four of us,
enthusiastically did all this while we were still living in Southern
California! He was available 24/7 and faxes, e-mails, and phone calls were
commonplace in between a couple of trips we were able to make before our
final move. Not only did Norm secure a perfect rental for the 10 weeks we
needed it, he found us our dream home, and sold our original property in
time for escrow to close on our home. Norm Lawson is the most professional,
brightest, and congenial realtor we have ever known. It has been a pleasure
and a blessing to have worked with him. We consider him and his lovely wife
Phyllis friends for life!
